Emma Brink (Universtät Bonn): Condensed Group Cohomology
Abstract
Condensed sets act as a substitute for topological spaces and enable a theory of derived functors over the category of topological abelian groups. I will explain how group cohomology naturally generalizes to a theory in the condensed setup and compare it to continuous group cohomology (defined via continuous cochains) and cohomology of classifying spaces.
